- Coupons are single-use unless the listing states otherwise; the seller guarantees validity until the stated expiry.
- All trades settle through Vendeye Escrow — funds release only after you confirm the code redeems successfully.
- Never share card numbers, CVV or OTPs. Sellers deliver by forwarding the brand confirmation email to escrow@vendeye.com.
- Near-expiry listings carry an urgency surcharge, always shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; escrow holds funds during review.

How does a coupon trade clear?
A trade clears the instant a buyer's bid meets a seller's ask. You can Buy Now at the lowest ask, or place a lower bid and wait for a seller to accept it.
What is the queue and why pay to boost?
When several buyers bid the same price, Vendeye matches them in order: paid Boost first, then coupons nearest expiry, then first-come-first-serve. Boosting moves you ahead for a small fee.
Why do near-expiry coupons cost an urgency fee?
Coupons close to expiry are time-sensitive and clear faster, so a small urgency surcharge applies. It's always shown before you confirm.
How is my payment protected?
Every trade runs through Vendeye Escrow. Funds are held until the seller delivers and you confirm the code works. We never ask for card numbers.
